Hi, I’m Bekah! I’m a mom of three (almost an empty nester, which still feels so weird) and an Arizona native who loves the desert heat. I’m happiest outside on a trail run, in the kitchen meal planning or testing new recipes, or curled up with a good book. I’ve always loved fitness, but for years I felt stuck even though I was doing everything “right.” When I found the FITT Cycle, everything finally made sense. It brought all the pieces together for me — carb cycling, fasting, and strength training — in a way that actually fit my life.
