The Fitt 2 Cut Fitt in 40 is the signature 40 day fatloss program within The Fitt Cycle App. The Fitt in 40 is 40 days of intentional action geared towards fatloss.

The Fitt 2 Cut is a hypertrophy based program with a major emphasis on matching the workouts you're doing with your nutrition. We couple the training with Carb Cycling and Intermittent Fasting to maximize your efforts to create fat loss while also sculping a lean physique.

There are 6 workouts per week (30-45 minutes) with home alternatives for any gym moves. There are two foundational lower body focused days, 2 foundational upper body days, as well as 2 cardio conditioning workouts. The workouts will change bi-weekly to create the optimal enviornment for progressive overload and increasing your muscle mass while shredding fat.

The Fitt in 40 will also have strategic cardio goals designed to maximize your results.
